Emprevo Hospitality are currently searching for experienced, professional FSA's to work within a range of AGED CARE facilities across SYDNEY, NSW to meet our client's increasingly busy needs.

To be considered for these fantastic and flexible roles, you MUST have a MINIMUM of 2 years Food Service or Catering experience in Healthcare and your Food Handlers Certificate (FHC).

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Breakfast, lunch, dinner service for residents or patients
  • Preparing quantities of sandwiches, salads, desserts
  • Delivery and collection of trays and trolleys
  • Tea / coffee service, setting / clearing dining rooms
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen including dish washing

To be successful, you will need the following:

  • MUST have Food Handlers Certificate (FHC)
  • Desirable to have a New South Wales Police Check
  • Desirable to have own transport
  • Ability to work short notice shifts - ASAP's
  • Sound knowledge of special dietary needs
  • HACCP and food safety knowledge
  • Flexible, adaptable, POSITIVE and engaging attitude
  • Great customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions quickly and correctly
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming
  • Minimum 3 days a week availability
  • Working With Children Check is a BONUS
