I’ve received my activation SMS and email but its saying page cannot be found
If you have tried to activate your account using the SMS link sent and you are getting a message saying page cannot be found, try closing your browser and opening the SMS link again. If it is still not working, try activating your account via activation email. Alternatively you can ask your manager to send you a new activation link. I have activated my account but I have forgot my password
You can reset your password but following the ‘forgot your password’ link on the login page. This link is directly underneath the password box.
I don’t have a smart phone, how do I pick up shifts?
If you don’t have a smart phone, you can use a PC or laptop to access Emprevo. You will need to open a web browser and go to https://work.emprevo.com
What version phone do I need to use the Emprevo mobile app?
The Emprevo mobile app is compatible with most android phones that run Android version 5.0 and above, or Apple iPhone with IOS10 and above. If you are unable to download the mobile app, please make sure your operating system is up to date. Operating system updates are free but you may need to contact your service provider to help you update your phone’s operating system. If your phone is unable to update with the compatible operating system, you can use Emprevo on your phone by going to https://work.emprevo.com via a web browser on your phone.
I’m a shift manager, do I need to download the mobile app to post shifts?
No you don’t need to download the mobile app. You can post shifts directly using the web browser on your smart phone.
I’m getting too many notifications for available shifts, how do I turn them off?
You can turn off either push notifications (if you have the mobile app installed), email notifications or both email/push notifications. To do this, you simply need to go to your preferences and ‘Notification Settings’.
The company I work for has multiple locations, how do I only get notified for 1 one location?
If you company has more than 1 location, you can update which location you want to be notified of vacant shifts. To do this, you will need to go to your preferences, then select company preference and select your company. Once the company has been selected, you will see all the locations for your company. You can un-tick all the locations you don’t want to be notified for.
When I click on my notification, it says ‘Sorry shift is no longer available’ but I just got the notification
If you are seeing that message, it means that someone else has accepted the shift or the shift has been canceled by your manager. It is recommended that you have the mobile app installed as it is a quicker way to accept shifts.
